Ponbay Lodge care home in Hastings has received a perfect 10/10 rating on carehome.co.uk, the UK’s leading care home feedback website where residents and their loved ones leave verified reviews.
The rating comes after a series of five-star reviews since opening its doors in 2025, and makes Ponbay Lodge the only care home rated ten in the Hastings area. One review from the daughter of a resident said,
