Road on the site of the Salt Box Cafe, our cafe will be named ‘The Salt Box’ as a nod to the well-known eatery.

Melanie Fenton

General Manager

Meet Melanie, our General Manager, who brings nearly four decades of experience in the care sector to our home.

Melanie began her career in 1987 as a Residential Social Worker with the London Borough of Ealing Council. Since then, she has remained passionate about supporting people to live safe, dignified, and fulfilling lives.

Over the years, she has progressed from frontline roles into senior leadership and has proudly served as a CQC Registered Manager for 26 years. Her extensive experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and hands-on leadership ensure the highest standards of care are always at the heart of what we do.

Melanie is dedicated to building supportive, effective teams and delivering truly person-centred care that makes a meaningful difference each and every day. Having worked for just four employers throughout her career, she brings loyalty, stability, and a genuine passion for the sector.

“I’m incredibly proud to work alongside such committed teams and to help create services built on trust, compassion, and professionalism,” says Melanie.
