Opening in early 2027, Floreat Hills is a new purpose-built, all-inclusive care home in Houlton, a growing community on the eastern edge of Rugby.

The interiors of Floreat Hills have been designed to feel warm and welcoming from the first visit. En-suite bedrooms are bright and airy, with elegant communal spaces where residents can relax, create new connections, and settle into their day. There are comfortable lounges and a boutique cinema, a library, bistro, bar, a salon and a tearoom, as well as landscaped gardens for the warmer months.
Care begins with a plan built around the individual – their preferences, routines, the things that matter to them. Alongside our compassionate residential, dementia, and respite support, we provide a varied programme of activities and nutritious, home-cooked meals, in a home that encourages independence, connection and everyday wellbeing.
