Opening in summer 2027, Sparrowhill is a new purpose-built, all inclusive care home on Newcastle Great Park.

Every detail of Sparrowhill has been carefully considered, with spacious en-suite bedrooms equipped with Sensio RoomMate technology, an innovative and discreet monitoring system that enhances safety while respecting privacy, dignity and personal choice.
Residents will be able to spend time in beautifully landscaped grounds, take in their favourite films in the cinema, visit the on-site salon, browse the library or meet with family and friends in the private dining room, bar and tearoom.
Freshly prepared dishes will be created daily by our skilled kitchen team, and a rich programme of events will be tailored around personal preferences. Whether someone likes music, gardening, quizzes or light exercise, residents will always have something to fill their day.
