Wendy Luck

General Manager

Wendy has over 40 years of experience in the care sector, including a long career with the NHS, where she worked across a range of wards, primarily supporting older people. She spent the final 12 years of her NHS career in trauma care, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

For the past 18 years, Wendy has worked as a Registered Manager, specialising in transforming care homes into warm, vibrant communities where residents receive outstanding, compassionate care. She is passionate about creating cultures built on kindness, quality, and respect, while supporting and developing staff to become the next generation of care leaders.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending time with her three children and four granddaughters, travelling with her partner, socialising with friends, and attending music concerts and the theatre. Her much-loved PAT (Pets As Therapy) dog, RubyLou, brought comfort and smiles to many residents over the years and now enjoys a well-earned retirement.

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth, and understanding to her role as Customer Relations Manager. Her varied career has taken her through mental health, dentistry, and beauty therapy, giving her a real appreciation for people from all walks of life and the importance of making everyone feel heard, valued, and at ease.

Sarah is passionate about creating positive experiences and building genuine relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. She believes great customer service is about more than simply solving problems. It’s about listening, understanding what matters to someone, and adding those thoughtful little touches that can make all the difference.

Friendly, approachable, and always ready to help, Sarah enjoys being part of a team and brings plenty of positive energy to her work. After more than two decades in people-focused roles, she still loves the fact that no two days or two people are ever quite the same.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys running and singing. Whether she’s clocking up the miles or singing her favourite songs, she likes to keep active, have fun, and make the most of her downtime.
