We prioritise safety and emotional well-being, using patient and empathetic approaches to manage behavioural changes. Our individualised care plans are designed to enhance the quality of life for residents living with dementia while providing peace of mind to their families. In our nurturing atmosphere, residents receive the attentive support they need to thrive.
We provide essential relief and support to caregivers and their loved ones through our respite care services. We warmly welcome all individuals for respite stays, ensuring they receive the same high standard of care and attention as our long-term residents. Our compassionate and dedicated staff are fully prepared to meet each guest’s unique needs from the moment they arrive. Whether it’s a short-term stay or a planned respite period, we create a comforting and secure environment where individuals feel valued and well cared for.
RoomMate by Sensio is a discreet acoustic monitoring sensor, positioned within resident bedrooms to support individual care needs while respecting privacy.
RoomMate helps care teams recognise when support may be needed — without cameras, noise, or unnecessary interruptions.
This technology gives our care teams more time to provide attentive, compassionate care.
