Louise has been part of Middleshaw Hills since the very beginning and brings over 28 years of experience within the care industry.
As General Manager, Louise oversees the home’s care team, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered while providing day-to-day support and guidance to colleagues. Her wealth of knowledge, strong leadership and compassionate approach make her an invaluable member of the team.
Originally from Scotland, Louise brings warmth, kindness and a positive spirit to Middleshaw Hills. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, keeping active at the gym and making the most of the outdoors.
