Charlotte has worked in care since the age of 16, progressing from care assistant to manager, with 11 years as a registered manager across various sectors, including dementia, nursing, and complex mental health. She holds a first-class honours degree in social care and has taught health and social care in the UK and Ireland, including as a university lecturer.
Outside of work, she is a proud mum to her 19-year-old son and is supported by her partner, Callen. Her loyal pug, Max, is always by her side. She enjoys going to the gym, travelling the world, and indulging in her guilty pleasure—reality TV.

At home she’s a proud mum to two daughters and a very sassy cat!

As Care Manager, Louise oversees the home’s care team, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered while providing day-to-day support and guidance to colleagues. Her wealth of knowledge, strong leadership and compassionate approach make her an invaluable member of the team.

Originally from Scotland, Louise brings warmth, kindness and a positive spirit to Middleshaw Hills. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, keeping active at the gym and making the most of the outdoors.

Lucy has worked in the care sector for several years, progressing from Care Assistant to Senior Care before moving into administration. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with her fiancée and their puppy, Koda. She has a passion for hair and beauty and loves travelling, discovering new places and making memories with family and friends.
