Welcome to Austerby Gardens, a brand-new, all-inclusive care home in Bourne, Lincolnshire.
Opening in January 2027, Austerby Gardens care home will provide person-led residential, dementia and respite care in Bourne in a purpose-built home designed around independence and living well, every day.
Austerby Gardens sits in a quiet residential area on Tarragon Way, while remaining well connected to the surrounding community. The home is close to Bourne Wood, Bourne Castle, and the beautiful surrounding Lincolnshire countryside, as well as a variety of shops, cafes and amenities on North Street.
Thoughtfully designed with residents in mind, Austerby Gardens will offer light and airy en-suite bedrooms featuring Sensio RoomMate, a discreet safety monitoring system designed to provide additional reassurance while supporting residents’ independence, dignity and privacy.
Austerby Gardens will also feature elegant spaces where residents can relax or take part in their favourite activities. Residents will be able to spend time in the landscaped gardens, settle down for a film in the cinema, visit the salon, browse the library or enjoy something delicious in the bistro, bar or tearoom.
Residents will be served freshly prepared, home-cooked meals and a varied programme of activities shaped around their interests. Whether someone enjoys gardening, music, creative activities, or gentle exercise each day will offer opportunities to live well.

As General Manager of Austerby Gardens, Zachary is excited to be leading the home from the very beginning, building a strong team, shaping a positive culture and creating a vibrant community for residents in Bourne and the surrounding area, ensuring the home is a place where people thrive.
Zachary believes outstanding care is about knowing each resident as an individual, understanding what matters to them and creating a genuine sense of belonging. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves travelling and holidays, both locally and further afield.
