She is dedicated to creating a warm, compassionate environment where residents feel valued and supported, and where staff are empowered to provide outstanding care. Her leadership style is hands-on and inclusive, fostering a positive culture built on respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Jade holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and has a particular interest in dementia care. She remains committed to her professional development and to staying at the forefront of best practice, ensuring Copperfield Court continues to provide the highest quality care for its residents.

He holds an NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management within Health and Social Care, which underpins his professional approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time socialising with friends and family. He also has a keen interest in building complex LEGO sets, which reflects his patience, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
