Emma began her career in health and social care at the age of 18. Over the past 27 years, her passion for supporting others has continued to grow, shaping a career built on compassion, dedication, and strong leadership.

Starting as a Care Assistant and progressing to a Registered Manager, Emma has spent the last decade leading elderly care services with both heart and integrity. She is deeply committed to supporting her team and fostering a nurturing, empowering environment where high-quality, compassionate care is at the centre of everything.

Emma takes great pride in creating vibrant communities where residents feel respected, valued, and truly at home. Her approachable and supportive leadership style helps ensure both residents and colleagues feel encouraged and cared for.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family in the fresh air of the Peak District, as well as walking her beloved Border Collie, Frankie.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She is also a keen supporter of Lincoln City FC and loves travelling, with a particular passion for exploring new countries and experiencing different cultures.
