Lucy has 17 years’ experience in the care sector, with her career beginning at the age of 18. After studying Health & Sopcial Care at college, Lucy started her first role as a Care Assistant working nights.
Over the years, Lucy progressed through a variety of roles at her previous care home, where she spent 13 years. Progressing her career and taking on new responsibilities was something Lucy aspired to, and she is proud of how far she has come within the care sector.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with her two young boys. Weekends are often filled with watching football, enjoying a family Sunday lunch and taking her family dog, Reggie, for walks. Lucy loves being surrounded by her family and making the most of their time together.

Jenna has worked in the customer service centre for Adult Social Care for the past four years, and during that time has gained valuable experience and knowledge speaking with vulnerable adults and their family’s while supporting them to access care. This experience has given her great experience with accuracy, attention to detail and the importance of a friendly voice on the end of the phone.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her husband and her two crazy cats, Echo and Tango. Jenna is also a part of an amateur theatre company, loves reading and listening to Motown music.

Jack has worked in the care sector for seven years, building his career from the ground up. He began his journey as a Housekeeper and, through hard work, dedication and a willingness to learn, gained experience across a variety of departments, including Laundry and the Kitchen, before moving into Care.
His passion for supporting others and developing his skills has seen him progress through various roles within the care environment, eventually working his way into management.
Jack now brings his wealth of hands-on experience and understanding of the different areas of care to his role as Care Manager.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys going to the theatre and watching dance performances, as well as indulging in his love of horror films. He also enjoys exploring new cities, discovering new places and making the most of his time outside of work
