Jenna has worked in the customer service centre for Adult Social Care for the past four years, and during that time has gained valuable experience and knowledge speaking with vulnerable adults and their family’s while supporting them to access care. This experience has given her great experience with accuracy, attention to detail and the importance of a friendly voice on the end of the phone.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her husband and her two crazy cats, Echo and Tango. Jenna is also a part of an amateur theatre company, loves reading and listening to Motown music.
