Opening in Winter 2026, Heathbrea House will provide high-quality, person-led residential, dementia and respite care in a purpose-built home designed around comfort, independence and everyday enjoyment.
Situated in the residential area of Pengegon, Heathbrea House offers a peaceful setting while remaining well connected to the surrounding community. The home is close to Kerrier Way Green Space, nearby woodlands and the historic village of Beacon. The beautiful Cornish coast is also around a 10-minute drive away, offering the perfect balance of residential tranquillity, countryside and coastal living.
Thoughtfully designed to feel warm and welcoming, Heathbrea House will offer light and airy en-suite bedrooms alongside elegant shared spaces where residents can relax, meet friends and family, or enjoy their favourite activities. Residents will be able to spend time in the landscaped gardens, settle down for a film in the cinema, visit the salon, browse the library or enjoy something delicious in the bistro, bar or tearoom.
Each bedroom will also feature Sensio RoomMate, a discreet safety monitoring system designed to provide additional reassurance while supporting residents’ independence, dignity and privacy.
Our experienced team will take the time to understand each resident’s life story, daily routines, interests and preferences. Every care plan will be tailored to the individual and reviewed as their needs change, helping care feel familiar and reassuring from the very first day.
