Estuary Gardens is set just on the border of England and Wales.  Our home is easily accessible and close to historic Chester and beautiful Welsh landscapes.

 

Personalised care is at the centre of everything we do, and we love welcoming our residents and their loved ones as well as everyone from our local community.

Estuary Gardens has lovely ensuite bedrooms and larger suites, generous communal spaces and beautiful landscaped gardens.

No hidden extras and no surprise bills.

Our all-inclusive package means you pay one fixed price for everything. It includes everything you might expect from a luxury care home and lots more.

Of course your care, your laundry, meals, drinks and snacks and all our activities and entertainment are included in the price. But we also add in extras like a mini fridge and smart TV, hairdressing and chiropody, dining experiences with loved ones and lots more.

Simon has worked in the care sector all his life. With a background in Psychology and Counselling, he has over 24 years of experience in managing care homes. Simon has a real passion for creating care homes that are warm, friendly and encourage residents to live their best lives. Leading by example and supporting the team to live by the Crystal Care Collection values, Simon wants to create a wonderful place that residents can truly call home. Simon is a Dementia Mapper and recently won the Northwest Region for Dementia Carer category in the Great British Care Awards 2024. Outside of work Simon has a number of interests – he is a keen artist, mostly watercolour and ink work, and also regularly practises mindfulness and meditation.

Rachael brings a wealth of experience from the estate agency sector, where she spent many years in customer-focused roles. Driven by a desire to do something more meaningful, she was inspired by her own family and a close friend to support people during important life transitions.

As our Customer Relationship Manager, Rachael takes great pride in guiding families through the journey of finding the right care, ensuring they feel supported, listened to, and reassured every step of the way.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys quality time with family and friends, socialising, making memories, and escaping for sunshine—whether it’s a summer getaway or a winter break.
