Outside of work, Leah volunteers for the Bristol Soup Run Trust, helping to feed the homeless, and is keen to involve Tudor House in supporting this important cause. She is married with a daughter, enjoys relaxing breaks, loves reading, and is a big Disney fan.

She is passionate about working in caring settings, where she can support residents, families, and colleagues while contributing to a positive and welcoming home.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending quality time with her family, going on holiday, and practising yoga, which helps her maintain a healthy work-life balance.

My experience across healthcare and customer-focused roles has helped me develop excellent communication and relationship-building skills, allowing me to support both clients and colleagues in a positive and professional way.

Outside of work, I am married with two children, Molly and Cameran, and I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. I feel very fortunate to be part of a large close-knit family. I also have a dog called Ted, who keeps me active and entertained. In my spare time, I enjoy walking, travelling, and learning new skills. I was also fortunate enough to spend four years living in Australia, where I had the opportunity to travel extensively and experience different cultures.
