Offering residential, dementia and respite care in a welcoming, purpose-built environment, care home residents enjoy spacious en-suite bedrooms, peaceful lounges, a cinema room, landscaped gardens and an on-site café – perfect for afternoon tea with family or a catch-up with fellow residentials.

Recently appointed as Care Manager, Teresa brings extensive practical knowledge and a calm, supportive management style. She is passionate about guiding, developing, and motivating her team, ensuring carers feel empowered, valued, and fully equipped to provide the best possible support to residents. Her leadership is centred on fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment where both residents and staff can flourish.

Before moving to the UK, Teresa worked as a midwife in Poland for 14 years. This strong clinical foundation and medical expertise continue to shape and enhance her approach to exceptional care delivery today.
