Sarah has dedicated her career to the social care sector since the age 17, Beginning as a care assistant, she has progressed through a variety of roles including administration, recruitment, training and managerial roles before progressing to registered manager. Along the way she has gained extensive experience working in residential and nursing homes, dementia care and domiciliary care services.
Sarah has achieved a number of professional qualifications including HR support, NVQ’s in health and social care and is very proud to have achieved a distinction in her Management in Health and Social care level 5. She is passionate about delivering high-quality person-centered care and is committed to continuous improvement, ensuring the people she supports receive the highest standards of care and compassion.
When not at work Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 daughters and can often be found on sidelines proudly cheering on their horse riding and volleyball pursuits as well as championing their own health care careers.
