Customer Relationship Manager
My role is to support and guide individuals and families from the moment they enquire, helping them navigate what can be one of the most difficult decisions, choosing the right care for themselves or a loved one.
I changed my career in 2011 following my father-in-law’s diagnosis of Lewy Body Dementia, an experience that inspired me to work within the care sector. Since then, I have dedicated my career to supporting others, with a particular passion for dementia care. I have previously worked for the Alzheimer’s Society and ran a local Dementia Action Alliance within the community.
Outside of work, I am a proud mum to my son Oliver and a dog owner to two energetic fur babies, Barney & Gizmo, so my spare time is spent either being a taxi driver or enjoying long dog walks.I look forward to welcoming you to Woodland View Lodge and supporting you every step of your journey with us.
