Archbridge Manor Residents and Team Donate £170 to Telford Crisis Support

10 October 2026 Archbridge Manor

Residents and team members at Archbridge Manor care home in Telford raised £170 for local charity Telford Crisis Support through the home’s Summer Fayre.

Customer Relationship Manager Samantha O’Driscoll and resident Sandra Ross recently visited the charity to present the donation and learn more about the vital services it provides to local people.

During their visit, they discovered the wide range of support offered by Telford Crisis Support, including food parcels, baby and toddler banks, school uniforms, winter coats, and shoes for families in need.

Samantha and Sandra also spent time volunteering alongside the charity’s team, helping to prepare food parcels ready for distribution across the community.

Samantha O’Driscoll, Customer Relationship Manager at Archbridge Manor, said: “It was wonderful to be able to present our donation to a local charity that does so much for our community.  Their work makes a real difference to so many people. We know that these funds will help those who need them most.

“It was also a privilege to take one of our residents along to help put together food parcels, giving them the opportunity to see first-hand the care, dedication, and hard work that goes into supporting local families.”

Resident Sandra Ross added: “The charity does so much for the local community and is incredibly well organised. It’s wonderful to see exactly where the money raised goes and the difference it makes.”
