Coming in 2027, Heathview Manor will be a purpose-built, all-inclusive care home in Colchester, offering high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Designed to provide personalised residential, dementia and respite care, Heathview Manor will offer residents comfort, reassurance and the freedom to enjoy each day in their own way.
The 66-bedroom care home will be situated on a redeveloped site opposite Old Heath Recreation Ground and Community Garden, close to a peaceful residential neighbourhood. With Hythe railway station just half a mile away and convenient access to the A12 and A120, the home will be well connected for visiting friends and family.
Inside, residents will be able to enjoy a range of thoughtfully designed spaces, including elegant lounges, welcoming dining rooms, a café and quiet areas for relaxation. Family rooms, a cinema, garden room, shop and hair salon will provide even more opportunities to socialise, unwind and make the most of each day.
