Estuary Gardens care home in Deeside, operated by Crystal Care Collection, has received a perfect 10/10 rating on carehome.co.uk, the UK’s leading care home feedback website where residents and their loved ones leave verified reviews.
The rating comes after a series of five-star reviews since opening less than one year ago, in November 2025. The latest review, left by the son of a residents, said,
“I had no idea places this good existed. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for residents or their visitors. They devise the most amazing, varied activities and experiences and are careful to take the varied needs of residents into account.
“I couldn’t imagine a better environment for those with health needs or (like my Dad) just wanting a supportive and highly social environment without the worries of running their own home.”
Estuary Gardens’ Resident Ambassador, 86-year-old Valerie Croll, said, “I like living here, I feel safe and well looked after. The food and the staff are great, and there’s always something going on. I’m so pleased we got this rating.”
