She is committed to helping residents feel safe, respected and at home, while making sure families feel listened to and involved. Working alongside the team, she wants Baysfield Gardens to be a welcoming place where people can build meaningful connections.
A keen history enthusiast, she particularly enjoys hearing residents’ memories and learning about the past. Outside of work, she is a proud mum of three, who keep her busy at home.

Ella describes herself as friendly, bubbly, and always on the go, happy to get stuck in wherever she’s needed. She is also passionate about creating a positive and supportive working environment where everyone feels confident, safe, and valued.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys weight training, running—currently training for both a half marathon and a full marathon—and spending time on coastal walks in Norfolk, especially when they’re rounded off with fish and chips.
