First Look at New Care Home in Bourne

20 July 2026 Uncategorized

Crystal Care Collection and developers at LNT Care Developments are giving a first look at Austerby Gardens, the upcoming care home on Corriander Drive.

Named ‘Austerby’ in ode to one of the oldest parts of Bourne, the care home will offer residential, dementia, and respite care for up to 66 older people.

Each bedroom will include an ensuite wet room, bespoke furniture, smart televisions and mini fridges. Austerby Gardens is a new care home design launched at Crystal Care Collection in 2026, meaning residents will also be able to enjoy:

  • New private dining spaces for residents to use with family and friends
  • Bright and airy lounge and dining areas, perfect for socialising
  • Plush Cinema Room with popcorn machine to kick back with a movie
  • Beauty Salon to indulge in regular hairdressing and pamper appointments
  • Landscaped gardens and a Garden Room to relax or spend time on hobbies

Residents at Austerby Gardens will also benefit from Sensio RoomMate, an innovative acoustic safety monitor so that future residents feel confident and independent in their new home.

Maria Taylor, the Managing Director for Crystal Care Collection in the Midlands, said, “Austerby Gardens is one of the first of it’s design in the country, so we’re really excited to showing the community what we have to offer.

“We’re on track to open our doors in November this year, when we’ll be hosting a Grand Opening event for everyone in the community to come along and take a look for themselves.”
