Middleshaw Hills care home in Clitheroe is celebrating Care Home Open Week by inviting community members to a ‘World Cup Open Day’ event on Saturday 20th June.
Care Home Open Week, organised by Championing Social Care, encourages care homes across the UK to connect with people in their areas.
With this year’s Care Home Open Week theme being The World Cup, Middleshaw Hills will be throwing a football fiesta for all ages from 2pm, including:
- Visit from Whalley Junior Football Club, who are sponsored by Middleshaw Hills
- Football themed games
- Football themed nibbles and treats
- Guided tours around Middleshaw Hills
Charlotte Pardon, the General Manager at Middleshaw Hills, said, “We’re so excited to welcome the community back to Middleshaw Hills for our World Cup Open Day!
