Arplemere Donates £256 to The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust

6 May 2026 Arplemere

Arplemere care home in Warrington visited The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT) recently to present a donation of £256 following a series of successful fundraising activities at the home.

During the visit, the team were given a tour of the incredible farm and its facilities by Hannah, Fundraising Lead at CAFT. The charity provides free residential holidays and fun day visits for children across the North West and North Wales who are living with disabilities, life-limiting conditions or disadvantage.

Hannah said, “Our day visits and residential stays are all free of charge, and we aim to raise £1.2 million pounds annually to make this possible, through our events, challenges, places like Arplemere and sponsorships from companies and individuals”.

“The £256 Arplemere has raised will help around 20 children. We are so thankful for the help and hope to continually make a difference to families’ lives every day.”

Laura Aspin, the General Manager at Arplemere, added, “We are incredibly proud of our Arplemere community for coming together to support such an inspiring local charity. Visiting CAFT and seeing first-hand the difference they make to children and families was amazing.

“We hope our donation helps support the fantastic work they continue to do in the community.”
