Marie George and her team officially received the keys to their brand-new care home this week, Sherwell Manor in Taunton.
Sherwell Manor is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art care home located on Cutliffe Road designed to offer person-centred care.
The new home features 66 en-suite bedrooms, landscaped gardens, a cinema room, a beauty salon, and the latest in care technology to support residents’ wellbeing and independence.
Each bedroom also features Sensio RoomMate, a discreet acoustic monitoring system that promotes safety while supporting residents’ independence and dignity.
Marie George said, “Sherwell Manor will be a place where residents can continue to live fulfilling lives as active members of the community with the support they need.

Sherwell Manor is now inviting everyone in the local community to their Grand Opening event on Saturday 18th July from 2pm, where all will be welcome to enjoy live entertainment, activities, refreshments, tours of the new care home, and much more.
