Dale Brook care home in Clay Cross, Chesterfield, has received a perfect 10/10 rating on carehome.co.uk, the UK’s leading care home feedback website where residents and their loved ones leave verified reviews.
The rating comes after a series of five-star reviews since opening its doors in 2025. One review, left by the daughter of a resident at Dale Brook, said,
“My Mother went to stay at Dale Brook, initially for 2 weeks respite with a view to return (if she liked it) […]
She decided after 5 days that she would like to stay. Move in. Live there. And she has!
“Dale Brook is a very special place and inside are some very special people. As soon as you enter Dale Brook, you are made welcome and it isn’t just your family members home, you are made to feel as if it’s yours too. We cannot praise the staff, in every department, enough.”
Of the eleven categories available to rate the care home in, Dale Brook received five stars across the board for care and support, facilities, cleanliness, treating people with dignity, food and drink, and staff.
