About the Role
Due to continued growth across the South East Region, we are recruiting an additional Regional Recruiter to support our Homes and Senior Leadership Teams with sourcing high-quality candidates across a variety of care home roles.
This is a varied, fast-paced, and rewarding position that combines recruitment, relationship management, branding, and recruitment marketing. You will work closely with Home Managers and operational teams to support recruitment activity across both existing and newly commissioning homes.
You will be responsible for delivering an excellent candidate experience whilst ensuring recruitment activity remains efficient, proactive, and values-led.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across the South East Region
- Create engaging job adverts and social media content to attract high-quality candidates
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for candidates across multiple roles
- Build strong relationships with Home Managers and operational teams
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey
- Attend recruitment events, careers fairs, and community engagement initiatives
- Monitor recruitment trends, staffing challenges, and market insights across the region
- Produce weekly and monthly recruitment reports and analytics
- Support wider recruitment and people projects as required
- Promote and represent Crystal Care Collection professionally and positively at all times
- Visit at least one home within your region each week to maintain visibility, strengthen relationships, and support local recruitment initiatives
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience (care sector experience desirable)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience using recruitment platforms and job boards
- Strong social media and recruitment marketing awareness
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently whilst also collaborating effectively within a wider team
- Professional, approachable, and compassionate manner
Desirable:
- Experience recruiting within Health & Social Care
- Experience supporting multi-site recruitment
- Knowledge of safer recruitment and safeguarding practices
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday
- 09:00 – 17:00
- 40 hours per week
- Flexibility may occasionally be required to meet operational needs.
- Hybrid working model with regular travel across the South East Region as required
Applicants should be comfortable travelling regularly across the region, including attending care homes, recruitment events, and external meetings.
