Upcoming care home, Chantrey Fields, is a purpose‑built home in Market Rasen which will provide high‑quality residential and dementia care in Lincolnshire.
Lincolnshire is facing growing pressure across health and social care as an ageing population, workforce shortages, and deep inequalities continue to stretch local services.
With older people already making up a significant share of the county’s population, and with demand rising for support with dementia and long-term conditions, there is an increasing need for high-quality, locally accessible care that can help people stay supported closer to home.
Chantrey Fields, Crystal Care Collection’s second Lincolnshire home, has been developed to address this gap, providing 66 en‑suite bedrooms, and c.60 new careers for local people.
The home will feature bright lounges and dining areas, a salon, garden rooms, a cinema, and accessible facilities that support independence and wellbeing.
Each bedroom will benefit from Sensio RoomMate technology, an acoustic monitoring safety sensor, designed to support individual care needs whilst respecting privacy – without cameras, noise, or constant interruptions.
Liz Walker, Managing Director for Crystal Care Collection in the North, said, “Chantrey Fields represents our continued commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in communities where it is most needed.
“As our second home in Lincolnshire, this development is an investment in care provision and in the local economy, creating meaningful employment opportunities. We are proud to bring innovative features such as Sensio RoomMate technology into our homes, ensuring we deliver safe, respectful and forward-thinking care for every resident.”
Chantrey Fields is set to open in Autumn 2026 on Southwold Road, Market Rasen, LN8 3WJ. For more information, call 0330 401 0014 or email [email protected].
