General Manager
Jacquie Ferguson
General Manager
With over 30 years of experience in the care sector as a Registered Nurse, Jacquie has dedicated her career to elderly care and care homes. Having worked as both a Registered Nurse and Home Manager, she has also taken on senior leadership roles as an Operations Area Manager and Regional Manager for two large healthcare companies. However, her passion for hands-on care led her back to the role of Home Manager, where she thrives on daily interactions with residents and their families.
Jacquie remains a Registered Nurse to this day, believing it is essential to keep her clinical skills active. Her primary responsibilities include ensuring the highest standards of care for residents, overseeing the smooth running of the home, and guiding her team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care that promotes independence, privacy, and dignity.
What Jacquie loves most about her role is the personal connections she builds—whether it’s with residents, their families, or her care team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and three lively Jack Russells and escaping to Spain, where she can relax with a good book.
