Merceode Lodge care home in Marchwood raised £416 for Twiggs Lane Pre-School with a fun-filled Easter celebration for the local community.
The children at Twiggs Lane Pre-School visit Merceode Lodge on a weekly basis to do crafts, reading and singing with the residents.
The fundraising event at Merceode Lodge was open to all and packed with activities, including an Easter Egg Hunt, bouncy castle, animal interactions, crafting, and a bake sale.
Becky Copeland, the Manager at Twiggs Pre-School, said, “We really appreciate all Merceode Lodge’s hard work and for your continued efforts to support us.
“As a charity we rely on kind donations and fundraising to enable us to purchase new resources and equipment for our children to support their ongoing development. Thank you, Merceode Lodge!”
