Front of House
Chloe brings a strong background in Primary Education to her role at Potter House, along with excellent organisational, administrative, and people skills. She plays an important part in creating a warm, safe, and welcoming environment, supporting residents, families, and visitors from their first point of contact.
Originally from Dorset, Chloe moved to Somerset in 2021 with her partner, where they have since built a happy home with their two much-loved dogs, Ralphie the Golden Retriever and Milo the Cocker Spaniel.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting out for walks in the fresh air, and experimenting with baking, which she loves sharing with others.

With over 16 years of experience in health and social care, Emily brings a wealth of expertise, dedication, and heart to her role. Her career began in nursing homes, where she built a strong foundation in delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
Emily holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management and has successfully supported two care homes as an Interim Manager. She’s passionate about leading and supporting her team to deliver high-quality care and takes a particular interest in all things medication-related—always ensuring best practices and resident wellbeing are top priority.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and staying active at the gym.
