Join us for a day of fun activities for the whole family at our Community Open Day in aid of Sight Support Derbyshire.

We’ll have children’s entertainment, live music, cocktails and mocktails, a delicious cake stall and much more!

Customer Relationship Manager

Sharon is the Customer Relationship Manager at Bowesbury Care Home. With a strong background in customer service and building long-term relationships, she is passionate about helping families navigate the process of finding the right care for their loved ones.

She takes great pride in creating meaningful connections with residents and their families, ensuring that everyone feels supported, informed, and welcomed from their very first enquiry. Her friendly and reassuring approach helps make the transition into care as smooth as possible.

Before joining Bowesbury, Sharon worked in the giftware industry for more than 25 years, most recently as a Sales Manager. During this time, she developed exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Alongside her full-time role, Sharon is a dedicated volunteer for a local lunch club for older people. She coordinates four teams of volunteers who cook for 40 members every week, organises outings, and plans seasonal parties and entertainment.

Outside of work, Sharon is mum to two grown-up daughters and enjoys walking in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside, attending yoga classes, and growing her own fruit and vegetables. She also loves cooking for and entertaining friends and family.

Denise began her career in health and social care in 1994 and quickly discovered a lifelong passion for supporting others. She became a Registered Home Manager in 1997 and has since built an impressive career leading care homes.

With over 30 years of experience, Denise is dedicated to creating compassionate care homes where residents feel valued. She takes great pride in mentoring teams, empowering colleagues to develop their skills, and delivering exceptional, person-centred care.

Outside of work, Denise is a proud mum and nanny who loves spending quality time with her family, reading, and going for walks.
