Collington Park Lodge care home in Bexhill has once again achieved five stars in its most recent food hygiene inspection from the Food Standards Agency.
This marks the care home’s second inspection, with inspectors reaffirming the same top rating first awarded at its initial assessment.
The five-star rating reflects excellent standards in food handling, preparation, cleanliness, and overall kitchen management. Bianca Wilson, General Manager at Collington Park Lodge, said,
