We are currently recruiting a Customer Relations Manager for our brand new luxury residential care home in Bicester, which is currently under construction and scheduled to open in September 2026.

This is an exciting commissioning opportunity, where you will play a key role in supporting the successful launch of the home by building relationships within the local community, generating enquiries, and supporting the home to achieve its occupancy targets.

The Role

As Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the home, developing strong community relationships, and guiding prospective residents and families through their journey from initial enquiry to move-in.

You will work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to ensure the home maintains excellent visibility in the local community and delivers a welcoming and supportive experience for prospective residents and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop a database of prospective residents and professional contacts, engaging regularly through newsletters and marketing communications.
  • Promote the home through social media, online reviews, and collaboration with the PR and marketing teams.
  • Generate enquiries through community engagement and networking with local professionals.
  • Organise and attend community events, building strong local relationships and raising awareness of the home.
  • Host show rounds for prospective residents and families, providing guidance and support throughout their decision-making process.
  • Ensure show suites and presentation areas reflect the luxury standard of the home at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective residents and their families, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.
  • Manage and track all enquiries using the CRM system, ensuring the customer journey is clearly documented.
  • Support the home’s occupancy targets through effective marketing and relationship-building activities.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries via telephone, email, and digital platforms, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Support the conversion of respite residents by maintaining strong relationships with residents and their families.
  • Train and support team members to confidently conduct show rounds during weekends and evenings when required.

What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful professional relationships.

You will:

  • Have experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations, ideally within the care, hospitality, or property sector
  • Be confident networking and building relationships within the local community
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
