Known for her positive and approachable nature, Amanda is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. She believes in open, honest communication and leads with a supportive, collaborative approach, empowering her team to thrive. Family-oriented and always eager to learn, Amanda is committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

Alix has lived in Thornbury her entire life and takes great pride in the town and its close-knit community. Educated locally, she is deeply passionate about the area and all it has to offer residents and visitors alike.

With a background in health and wellbeing, Alix is a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, specialising in Yoga and Pilates. She believes in a holistic approach to wellbeing—supporting both mind and body.

Her experience working in adult social care over the past few years has given her valuable insight into the importance of high-quality care and meaningful support for residents and their families. She is also a strong advocate for community involvement, recognising that connection and belonging are key to creating a true feeling of home.

cLeah brings over 15 years of experience in health and social care. She has proudly developed her career across various care settings, progressing from a care assistant to a registered care manager. This hands-on journey has equipped her with a deep understanding of the sector and the ability to lead with empathy, approachability, and confidence.

Highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional care, Leah is committed to supporting both her clients and team. She takes pride in helping Tudor House grow while maintaining the highest standards of care and service.

Outside of work, Leah volunteers for the Bristol Soup Run Trust, helping to feed the homeless, and is keen to involve Tudor House in supporting this important cause. She is married with a daughter, enjoys relaxing breaks, loves reading, and is a big Disney fan.
