Helen is a committed and highly experienced professional with extensive experience as a Regional Manager, Operations Manager, and CQC Registered Manager across the adult social care, healthcare, and medical sectors.

Throughout her career, Helen has successfully created and led high-performing teams, consistently aligning operational delivery with company vision, values, and marketing strategies. She has a strong track record of implementing effective policies, processes, and procedures that deliver a ‘gold standard’ of customer service, while continuously improving resident pathways and overall experiences.

Helen is particularly passionate about wellbeing and has introduced wellbeing-focused initiatives across several care homes, benefiting both residents and teams. Outside of work, Helen leads a busy family life with her eight-year-old son and her much-loved (and mischievous) Dachshund, Dexter.

She began her journey in care as a carer, gaining valuable hands-on experience that has shaped her compassionate and resident-focused approach.

Throughout her career, Jackie has achieved a range of qualifications, including a Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership. She is a strong advocate of person-centred care and is committed to ensuring residents enjoy a high quality of life within a warm, welcoming environment.

Jackie is delighted to be joining the Oyster Care Homes family and is very much looking forward to welcoming new residents and their loved ones to Merceode Lodge. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking relaxing walks along the beach.

Working closely with his dedicated team, Conor promotes a culture built on dignity, respect, and compassion, ensuring residents enjoy meaningful connections and a strong sense of community. He is passionate about shaping a care home known for quality, kindness, and excellence.

Outside of work, Conor enjoys spending time with his wife and their two German Shepherds, as well as appreciating life’s simpler pleasures through long walks and time spent in scenic surroundings.
