Bringing over 30 years of experience in the care sector, Lynn began her career as a care assistant and has steadily advanced through a variety of roles to become a Registered Manager.
Alongside her NVQ Levels 2–5 in Health and Social Care, she also holds qualifications in Learning Disabilities and an accreditation with Leeds Autism Services.
Lynn is passionate about people, community, and delivering the kindest, highest quality care. She describes herself as a “natter and chatter” kind of person, who always takes time to connect with residents, families, and colleagues.
Outside of her professional life, Lynn enjoys reading, gardening, and walking her dog. Most of all, she loves spending time with her husband, two children, and three grandchildren, who she adores.

Denum is caring and people-focused, with a passion for making a difference wherever she goes. With a background spanning healthcare, mental health, and even the skies as cabin crew for Virgin Atlantic, Denum brings warmth, empathy, and positivity to everything she does.
After starting her career in administration, Denum found her true calling in care work in 2016. Since then, she’s supported people through end-of-life care, worked as a healthcare assistant in GP surgeries, and proudly received the NHS Rising Star Award in 2019. Her journey then led her into mental health care as a social prescribing link worker — a role that strengthened her belief in the power of kindness and connection.
Denum believes in leaving people happier than she found them and always goes above and beyond to bring a smile to those around her. Outside of work, Denum enjoys spending time with her partner, friends, and family, staying active at the gym, and travelling to new places.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys an active lifestyle and has recently taken up running. She also loves spending time with her friends and family, as well as going on holiday and discovering new destinations whenever she gets the opportunity.
