Having progressed from a Care Assistant to a Registered Manager Emma has spent the last decade dedicated to leading elderly care services with heart and integrity.
Emma is deeply passionate about supporting her team and creating a nurturing and empowering environment that’s dedicated to creating compassionate care and vibrant communities where residents feel truly valued.
Outside of work Emma loves being in the fresh air of the peak district with her family and walking her beloved border collie Frankie.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She is also a keen supporter of Lincoln City FC and loves travelling, with a particular passion for visiting different countries and experiencing new cultures.
