Bradshaw Lodge care home in Bognor Regis is calling on the local community join them in supporting Bognor Regis Foodbank by donating non-perishable food items.
Bognor Regis Foodbank has highlighted an urgent need for food donations to help support individuals and families facing financial hardship.
In response, Bradshaw Lodge care home has placed a donation basket in the home and encourages everyone to get involved and donate essential items such as tinned foods, pasta, rice, cereals and other non-perishable goods.
A list of urgently needed items is available alongside the donation basket, helping donors choose products that will make the greatest impact. Bradshaw Lodge resident Barbara Nacci said,
“I know how expensive food can be, so I think it’s great that we are supporting the food bank as a home and helping local people.”
Chrissy Terry, Customer Relations Manager at Bradshaw Lodge, added,
“If we all added a tin of beans, a tin of soup, or another non-perishable item to our weekly shop and popped it into the donation basket at Bradshaw Lodge, we could make a real difference to local families struggling with rising food costs.
Every donation, no matter how small, helps support those in our community who need it most. A little really does go a long way, and together we can make a big impact.”
Bradshaw Lodge welcomes donations at any time. You can find Bradshaw Lodge on Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO22 9PA.
